Risk Management

In-house IT teams provide for day-to-day minor support and regular database administration tasks. Mostly they are managed in accordance with headcount policies, available skillsets and dictated IT budgets.

This assumes that there is the back-up of third party resource with suitable expertise for diagnosis, resolution, and development of fixes for serious issues.
