Procedo has earned itself a reputation as being something of a trouble-shooting swat team.

Is this really what Procedo is all about? The answer is that we do undertake this sort of work, and yes we do it well. Procedo has rescued all sorts of organisations from business-threatening situations. However, we need to stress that to be a consultancy of trouble-shooters is not our business mission. We much prefer to work with clients to prevent them becoming at risk and needing last minute interventions. Hence our core business is support contracts. But if you find yourself in difficulty now or in the future, and you haven’t yet signed up for support, please do call on us and we will try to bail you out. In the meantime perhaps it is worth considering bringing in Procedo for a risk audit and solution assessment.
